The Thang

• Mosey to Playground with Sandbag doing a modified Indian Run.  First PAX in line has to haul the 60 pound Sandbag while the last Pax drops to do 5 Burpees and then sprints to relieve the Sandbag Bax.
• At the Playground:
  • 4 Rounds – Circuit where two PAX throw the sandbag back and forth 10 times.  Meanwhile the other Pax are doing Pullups and Big Boys.  We rotate once the PAX finish the 10 Sandbag Throws.
  • 4 Rounds with the following 4 stations:
    • Run to Pavilion and back (Rotate once the PAX returns)
    • Clean and Press with Sandbag
    • Hanging Leg Raises
    • Merkins
• Do the Same Indian Run Back to the flag.

YHC discussed Marriage and connecting with spouse.  Watch a show your wife is into and make time to go on dates.

Moleskin

• Marvel is at home with his 3 children while his wife enjoys a restful weekend away.  We missed him!
• There was some mumblechatter about our Wednesday hide and seek Q.  Apparently, several of the PAX have children who were jealous that they didn’t get to play.
• Several near misses with jumping over the drop off at the edge of the playground.  The gloom is making it difficult to utilize the playground.
