2 Pax showed up to send away those pesky Monday morning blues.  Hot Corner was fresh and back from his extended trip abroad. YHC was exhausted from the past weekend of being on a ball fields.

Warmarama: SSH, Through the Tunnel, Arm Circles, Spider-man Stretch

The Thang: Pax moseyed around to different areas of Funnyfarm and knocked out a series of H/R Merkins, Big Bois for three rounds. Next Pax knocked out Merkins and American Hammers for three rounds. Then the Pax knocked out CDD and Flutter Kicks for three rounds. After that the Pax moseyed over to the Pullup bars. There the knocked out 11’s with Pull ups and then sprinted to the play ground for Penguin Crunches.

After that the Pax moseyed over to the parking lot for COT. Namearama, Countarama.
