5 Pax showed up at Funnyfarm for another Monday morning gloom beat down. Air was a little cool but it warmed up quickly.

Warmarama: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Spider-man Stretch, Arm Circles, Give ups, Up Dog/ Down Dog, Merkins, Air Squats.

The Thang: Pax moseyed the long way around to the Bathrooms. From there the Pax started their ascending Jakob’s Ladder. At the BR 15 Merkins, then mosey to the pull-up bars for 10 pull-ups, then mosey to the playground for 15 American Hammers. Then back to the bathrooms. Rinse and repeat doing one less of each exercise.  After that the Pax ran back to the flags.

At the flags the Pax had COT. Name a Rama, Count a arama.
