The BackBlast:
Warmarama included sidestraddle hops, the motivator (6 rep countdown), through the tunnel, slow squats, imperial walkers.
Cherokee run with the basketball to the stadium. Since only 2 pax, felt like we sprinted the whole way.
The Thang:
11s – starting with 10 push-ups on the ball and big boys on the other side of the stadium. However, in between we would spend most of the time during the workout. That included snaking up and down the stadium steps. At the bottom of each steps, we did an exercise (10 reps) of the following:
alligator walks, Bonnie Blair’s, American hammers, hold squat, calf raises, and more.
We ran out of time before completing and mosey back for COT, which included influence from Proverbs chapter 3 verse 5.
