The BackBlast:
warmarama and then 2.5 mile run (2 laps around entire school complex). Then stadium work doing one leg hops up and down the small stadium stairs, jog around to large stadium steps to start the progressive one legged step workout. Start first snake up the 25 steps normal. Second snake up the stairs hop on one leg 2 steps and then alternate to other leg. 3rd snake go to the hops up the stairs on one leg and then alternate to other leg. Then jog around track to small stadium steps. Rinse and repeat. Once get to the large stadium steps start at 4…we got up to 6 steps on one leg and ran out of time. Will shorten up initial run in future and see if we can progressively work all the way to finish entire flight of 25 steps on one leg. Figured that will take about 8 laps >2miles to complete.
