The Thang – Teams of 2 or 3 using F3 Workout Deck
One Pax stationary exercise while the teammate moves to the workout deck to draw a card and return. Alternate and repeat until team has 5 cards.
Folding incurs 10 burpees each, Losing incurs 15 burpees each, winners get to mosey and reshuffle the deck. All pax perform winning hand exercises.
Round 1: Lunge Walk / squat hold
Round 2: Bear Crawl / plank hold
Round 3: Duck Walk / bridge hold (think Alabama prom date)
To get all the way to 6:15, we allowed card swapping on the final round. Exercises down and back to draw another.
Mary – not today
COT – It can be difficult for one to know whether today’s struggles are a sign that we are being tested, or whether we are on the wrong path. Sharing experiences with others can keep us from waiting around for hindsight. Lots of joys and concerns today, great CoT.
