The Thang

The PAX ran around Ferguson circle just in case someone else showed up, then down to Lion’s Bridge and back (touched the lion!) at a roughly 9-9.5 minute pace, except for one .2 mile stretch where YHC pleaded for a walking pace. Total distance: 3.9 miles.

Theresa

• YHC drove up desperately hoping no other PAX showed so he could return to the warmth of his bed. Alas, Houdini squashed those tempting dreams, but all for the best.
• Extensive mumble chatter included, but was not limited to:
  • The trials and travails of different stages of child-rearing.
  • Local amusements, attracts, and population demographics.
    • Side note 1: The Mariner’s Museum in Newport News has $1 admission year round, and that’s a steal!
    • Side note 2: Did you know the region of Hampton Roads, from Williamsburg through VA Beach, is home to over 1.7 Million people?
  • The typical ebb and flow of F3 expansion and expansion attempts.
  • The quality and regional quirkiness of F3 beatdowns.
  • Filling in the gaps of Marvel’s midwest geographic knowledge.
