Quarters: Run 1/4 mile with partner and each have to carry a weight 3lb, 5lb, 10lb, 15lb,20lb until you have carried all the weights and at the end of each 1/4 mile perform Monkey Humpers, Alabama Prom Dates, Merkins, Lounge Acts, LBC’s starting with 5 first lap and adding an additional 5 of each after each lap all the way to 25 total of each after 5th lap
