5 Pax showed up for a quick and easy Saturday morning beatdown. YHC led the group for most of the workout, but had to split early. Hot Corner closed it out.

Warmarama: SSH, Spider-Man Stretch, Imperial Walkers, Through the tunnels, Michael Phelps, Arm Circles.

The Thang: Pax moseyed over to the Playground and knocked out Jacobs Ladder. 10 Burpees and a Sprint to the ridge and back. After that the moseyed to the bottom of ridged knocked out MARY and then ran up the ridge to the rock pile. Once at the pile each Pax selected their own rock for some standard rock lifts. After a round the Pax moseyed down the stairs and back up. Knocked out several rounds of that. After the the Pax ran back down to the flags for some MARY.
