Ultimate- traditional rules. Alternate 10 squats, 5 V ups and 5 merkins turnover penalty by all every point. Opposing team does 5 burpees when scored on. Modify as necessary by YHC.

Wall Ball- Traditional rules. Peg TBD by Pax/Q. PLAYING PEG. Have to run if don’t hit the wall in the air or if ball caught without bouncing or if botched. 1st out 10 squats, 2nd out 10 squats 5 v ups, 3rd out 10 squats 5 v ups, 5 burpees, run lap around shopping center. If all miss the ball, 5 burpees by all.

The Matt Biondis went exactly as planned. I don’t know what happened, too busy getting pegged. I think it was fun and a good workout. Wicked apparently got smoked in the back in the same spot a few times. YHC took his aggression out on Wilson for being a bully.
