The Thang

Pax moseyed up the stairs to the 1st exhaust pipe. There they knocked out 15 Air Squats, 15 Single Count Lunges, 15 Alternating Side Squats. After that the Pax moseyed to 2nd exhaust pipe. There the knocked out 15 Merk, 15 4 count American Hammers, and 15 CDD. Then they moseyed to 3rd pipe. There hey knocked out 10 Burpees OYO.  After that the Pax headed back they way they came and repeated each exercise at each pipe. They knocked out 3 rounds of each. After that the Pax moseyed down the hill and over to the furthest shelter. There the Pax knocked out 15 Dips, 10 Pistol Squats, and 15 Big Bois. After that the Pax moseyed to the next shelter rinse and repeated. Then next to shelter and rinse and repeated. After that the Pax moseyed back to the flag.
