We mozied to the Four Chaplains Monument where I adapted this Q from Stairway to Heaven (but ran in lieu of climbing stairs)

1x squat jump, 1x burpee, 1x big boy, 1x tricep dip, run a lap

2x squat jump, 2x burpee, 2x big boy, 2x tricep dip, run a lap

3x squat jump, 3x burpee, 3x big boy, 3x tricep dip, run a lap

repeat adding 1 rep per exercise per round for 10 rounds (55 total reps of each exercise)
