Mayhem with the Q. Started with a lap around the entire school perimeter, 1.25 mile mosey. Second lap, visited various fields to include some speed workouts, karaoke steps, high knees, backwards and more. This added an additional mile to the 2nd lap mosey. Next visited the track and stadium steps as well as pull-ups on soccer goal. Stadium steps included one leg hops up the entirety of steps which I’m gonna feel later. Finished 4.25 miles. Great Easter beat down and blessed to be alive and with the lord.
