The Thang

• Race to the Playground – Wilson and Joker had the 60 pound Sandbag and took the short route to the playground while Marvel, Wicked, and FNG Woodie took the long route unencumbered.  Joker and Wilson won the race.

DORA

The Pax partnered up and performed a Dora.  The Pax that was not doing the exercises had to do a snatch with the 60 lb sandbag, climb over the climbing wall and run around the playground.  The following exercises were performed:

• 50 pull-ups
• 100 Big Boys
• 200 Merkins
• 300 Squats

Race back to the flag after switching teams.  Wilson and Joker won again.

We finished the workout with a Bearicide.

Mary

No Time – YHC wanted to count the Bearicide as Mary but the request was denied by Marvel.

COT

James 4:10 – Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.

YHC spoke about pride and the importance of serving others.

Moleskin

• YHC was back after missing 2 days from being down and out after the COVID Booster Shot.
• FNG Woodie was a great addition!  YHC has been EH’ing him for a while and he finally made it.  He recently ran the Chicago Marathon and I have been working on him to run the Colonial with us next year.
