The Thang

• Mosey to shelters
• Divide into two teams
• Run from one shelter to another and pick a card
• Return to first shelter and do the following exercises depending on suit (face cards = 10 reps; ace = 15 reps)
  • Hearts = step-ups
  • Diamonds = merkins
  • Clubs = big boy sit-ups
  • Spades = mountain climbers (4-count)
• Once all cards are drawn or when 10 minutes elapses:  as a team, make the best 5-card poker hand
• 15 squats OYO
• Lunge from one shelter about 20 yards and pick a card
• Run back to first shelter and do the following exercises depending on suit (face cards = 10 reps; ace = 15 reps)
  • Hearts = squat jumps
  • Diamonds = bonnie blairs
  • Clubs = johnny dramas
  • Spades = stirkin
• Once all cards are drawn or when 10 minutes elapses:  as a team, make the best 5-card poker hand
