The BackBlast:

Started with warmarama and then took a 1/3 mile mosey around the complex to the track. Were we going for a run? No, April fools. There, waiting for us was a 30 pound sand bag and coupon. While one person snaked up and down the stadium steps, the 2 others used these fun lifting devices for the following sets:

1)lunges, holding weight overhead for 100 yards

2) arm curls for 100 yards

3) overhead presses for 100 yards

2nd group of exercises was stationary (while one person snaked up and down stadium steps)

1) toe/calf raises with weight both feet 10 reps, then no weight one leg 10 reps and then other leg 10 reps. Repeat until stadium step runner returns.

2) American hammers (with weight if possible)

3) Bulgarian split squats

Then we did a couple straightaways sprints 100meters.
We had to cut our speed workout short however as the soccer field looked in great shape and there laid a soccer ball right in front of the goal, just begging for us to play. So we kicked the ball around a little, until time was up and moseyed back for COT
