Mosey to each of the corners (4) of the Food Lion Shopping center.  First round at each corner:

 

5 Superman Burpees

25 Squats

 

Then each Pax led the extra exercise at each corner:

Exercise and count of the selected PAX.  The PAX in charge would tell his EH story.  Who introduced you to F3, what was it like when you started?

YHC EH Story – Moneyball invited me to UpTheCreek in August of 2020.  I already ran regularly so the running workout was a good intro.  I came back the following week on Monday and saw Planer who I knew.  The next week my daughter started school and I needed to be home early from my workout to help get her ready in the morning, so I went to DDG, Bear Country and QQH (brutal considering IPC was just starting).

I remember I told my wife after my first post that I had a good time, but wouldn’t likely come back….well, here we are.  Most importantly, I have gained strength in the fellowship and become a better believer in Christ.  I began reading the Bible through Gator, participated in my first Bible study with Bing.  Truly interacted with a pastor as a peer (Marvel).  Pray regularly, attend and volunteer at my church more often than before F3.  I have EH’d my dad (Hedge Fund 69) who comes every Wednesday to Bear Country.  I am forever grateful for Funny Car and Dreamliner’s leadership.

 

We repeated this until each PAX had a chance to lead and tell their EH story.

COT – Short and sweet.  Life on this earth is short, don’t waste it.  Visit family, talk to friends, learn, growth.
