COT – Swing Your Sword Tribute to the Legend Mike Leach

College Football just isn’t what it used to be. It’s not bad, it’s just different with the transfer portal, NIL, large coaching contracts, and 5 star facilities. My team stinks, so that doesn’t help. When I was in school, the idea that we would play a close game with Duke, North Carolina, and Virginia was an insult. Now they pound us and laugh on the way home like we used to 20 years ago.

The death of Coach Mike Leach feels like another blow to the college game. He was so funny, innovative, and confident. He was a very strange Alpha dog, but an Alpha.
