6 Pax showed up to take on Slothhill.

Warmarama: SSH, Spider-Man Stretch, Imperial Walkers, Straight Leg Stretch, Arm Circles, Give ups.

The Thang: Pax moseyed around to the fork in the path. Pax started off with OYO 10 Burpees. Pax then moseyed up the spine quarter of the way. There the Pax knocked out 10 Merkins, 20 Air Squats, and 20 American Hammers. Then they moseyed another quarter. There they knocked out 10 Werkins, 20 Air Squats, and 20 Big Bois. They then moseyed to the very top of Slothhill and then down the stairs. There the knocked out 10 diamond merkins, 20 Air Squats, and 20 4 count LBCs. Then they went back up the stairs and repeated all the events back to the beginning. Pax then repeated all the exercises again and then moseyed back to the flags. The Pax knocked out three rounds of 20 Air Squats and the a lap around the parking lot.
