It was quite muggy on this sunny episode of not so sloth Slothhill. 9 PAX gathered with some mumble chatter.
Warmarama: Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Copperhead Squats Over Head Claps
Thang: Mosey up the stairs and across the hill down the spine to the last shelter. There the PAX conquered the following:
2xs 10Burpees, 20 American Hammers, 10 Doorway Rows on the shelter posts. Then up and down the hill.
2xs 10 Squat Jumps, 20 LBCs, 10 Doorway Rows. Then up and down the hill.
2xs 20 Merkins, 20 Big Boy Sit-ups, 10 Doorway Rows. Then 100 yard jog.
20 more Doorway Rows.
1 Round of 10 Pull-ups, 20 Squats, and Then up and down the hill. 10 more Doorway Rows.
After that the PAX moseyed back to the flags for some COT.
