• Jam (3^rd Floor)
  • Burpees every time the synth horn blasts (66 in the song)
    • Mosey to wall and back during first 2 breaks
    • Do hand-release merkins if can’t keep up with burpees
  • LGS – Rotates between PAX as needed.
• Beat It (4^th Floor)
  • Dan Taylor (Lieutenant Dans)
    • Squat followed by 4 lunges (in ascending order (maintaining 1:4 ratio))
    • LGS goes with anyone until they’re tired or someone begs for it
• Thriller (5^th Floor)
  • Partner up
    • One partner performs LBCs
    • Other partner runs down the ramp and “moonwalks” back up
• Off the Wall (6^th Floor)
  • LGS goes with a jumping/running partner
  • Partner up
    • 1 PAX Balls to the Wall
    • Partner broad jumps 5 parking spaces and moseys back
• Smooth Criminal (7^th Floor)
  • Squat every time he says “Annie” (42 Annies in the song)
  • Side straddle hops in between

  • Blanket balcony thrusters
    • LGS gets thrusted to next PAX, they run to end of line and we go across garage and back until song is done.

  • With partners
    • One Pax runs to second light post and back while other does big bois. Switch roles upon return.
    • Return to flag down stairs at 10 minutes left.

Motivation to lead begins with a problem to solve, a frustration to answer, or a drive to make something better. But eventually, you realize that leadership isn’t “out there.” Frustration with others isn’t leadership.

Owning YOUR frustrations is the beginning of leadership.

Leaders aren’t finger-pointers.

Blaming doesn’t change anything. The real question is about personal responsibility, not blame.

Moleskin

• The music kept YHC from hearing a lot of good mumblechatter but I think it was out there.
• During Jam, many PAX were interested in taking a turn with LGS to forego more burpees. Heady play.
• MJ music gave Huggies new energy. He was picking up the six on journey back to flags.

• Gator has highlighted this organizationfor those who are distraught over the scenes coming out of Afghanistan, and who want to help those Afghans who are able to make it to the U.S.A.
