The Thang: W/ barbell- Push Press, Sandbag 1 Thrusters, Sandbag 2 Body Slams, KB Swing, Air Squats, Run 50 yards for several rounds. Next- W/barbells- Bi-cep curls, Sandbag 1 Deadlifts, Sandbag 2 Back Squats, KB Bent over rows, Air Squats, Merkins, 50 yard run for several rounds.
