The Thang
- YHC asked Hummer to choose ascending or descending rep count for something tough coming up in the workout
- Hummer chose descending; YHC appointed Firefly the ascending rep
- Hummer and Firefly battled it out with rock, paper, scissors for a decision
- Firefly’s scissors cut Hummer’s paper, so the PAX would have an uphill battle

- Mosey either 50m or 200m to draw pile as needed (depending on whether a reverse card had been played since the last trip); PAX drawing cards decided mode of transport (forward mosey, backward mosey, side shuffle, karaoke, high knees)
- Draw 4 wild card resulted in 4 burpees at the draw pile
- Skip card was 10 jump squats
- “Special” wild card of 15 burpees came up at the end
COT
- YHC shared some words on peer pressure from a WSJ article by Mike Kerrigan
- The gist of the message was, “Don’t give in to peer pressure from bad peers. From the good ones, give in every day of the week, and twice on Sundays.”
- YHC is thankful for the good peer pressure from F3 members
Moleskin
- YHC had an alternate workout planned, but was excited to have good weather for a rousing round of UNO
- Parking lot painters enjoyed watching the PAX play UNO until they eventually asked the PAX to move their cars so stripe painting could continue
- The humidity led to discussions about how tough living in Hampton Roads would have been prior to A/C
