Dealer’s Choice Fartlek: Each PAX takes a turn “leading” a lap of the parking lot. They call out Sprint, Jog, or Walk. They must use all three before repeating.

- YHC preached on this passage and was having difficulty preaching it to himself rather than just saying “you people” until he caught himself critiquing another pastor’s preaching while that pastor was talking about the mercy and love God offers to his people.
- This passage says it is important to know the right thing about God, but it is doubly important for those things to carry through to actual worship and living out what God says is right.
Moleskin
- YHC picked up the Q late yesterday in anticipation of Wicked’s absence. He rolled up planning on returning home if no one else showed. He was somewhat disappointed but ultimately relieved to find Moneyball and Catness there waiting for him, as he was a tad tardy.
- Waze was at the flags upon the PAX’s return, due to a timing mishap. He joined for the COT.
- Q was composed of ideas YHC had toyed with before, but due to lack of planning, threw together all at once, haphazardly.
- Why do you always have to U-turn to get into a Chick-Fil-A? Would banning U-turns be considered discrimination against Chick-Fil-As?
- There was a lot of Chick-Fil-A-related mumble chatter.
