The Thang

Knockout

Two balls. First PAX in line shoots from designated spot and tried to make basket. Second PAX can shoot as soon as the first PAX lets go of the ball. 

If the first PAX makes the shot, he collects the ball and passes it to the next PAX in line after the second PAX. If first PAX misses, first PAX should get rebound and try to score basket before the second PAX does. 

If the second PAX scores before first PAX, the first PAX is out. First PAX should run designated distance and then begin reps of exercise for the round until only one PAX is left. 

Goal is to score before the PAX before you to knock them out or to at least score before the PAC behind you to keep yourself in the game. If you are not knocked out you go back to the end of the line. 

Once one PAX remains, they do 10 reps of the designated exercise for the round and then choose the exercise for the next round. 

HORSE

Play HORSE. 

First PAX attempts a shot from wherever they want. If they make a shot, they call an exercise and all other PAX have to make that same shot or do 10 reps of that exercise. If no one has made a shot to copy, each PAX should perform 1 burpee when they miss a shot. 

If a PAX made a shot and any subsequent PAX cannot make the shot, they must keep track of letters of HORSE one at a time. If any PAX gathers all letters, run down and up the garage stairs and then get back in the game.
