6 Pax showed up for a humid beat down at Slothhill.
Warmarama: Side Straddle Hop, Straight leg stretch alternating right of left, Imperial Walkers, Spider-Man stretch alternating right/left, Through the tunnel, Groin stretch, Michael Phelps, Arm circles, Give ups.
The Thang: Mosey to the amphitheater. There the Pax started with 10 burpees and then took turns selecting a card from the F3 Workout Deck. The following were the exercises: Behind the back Merkin Claps, Freddy Mercury’s, Johnny Dramas, American Hammers, Squat Thrust/ Jumps, Bonnie Blair’s, WWII sit-ups, backward lunges, high, slow flutter kicks, Smurf Jack’s. After two exercises picked the Pax ran a lap and then knocked out 10 burpees.
After that the Pax moseyed back to the flags for some COT. Namerarama, Countarama, and a reading Isaiah 53:3.
