Side Straddle Hops: 25×4, Michael Phelps: 12×4, Front Arm Circles 12×4, Back Arm Circles 12×4, Finkle 12×4 (each leg), 2 Minutes of stretching OYO.
Mosey to clearing in front of playground. Complete 5 burpees while passing by burpee hallow.
Once arriving at clearing in front of playground we conducted 21’s with sprints in between each exercise.
1 rep of an exercise at one end of clearing, sprint to the other side, and then 20 reps of an exercise
2 reps of an exercise at one end of clearing, sprint to the other side, and then 19 reps of an exercise
And so on…..
The exercises were decided in a round robin fashion. Each of the 5 pax got to pick an exercise in rotating fashion.
Mosey back to starting point and complete 5 burpees while passing by burpee hallow.
