The Thang:

Runners went the distance to Bennets Creek Park and ran laps around the festival area.

Ruckers went to  the neighborhood clubhouse, and rucked laps around the block.

Everyone returned to the parking lot for COT.

COT:

YHC learned on Saturday that a former co-worker (boss, really) took her own life this past Thursday.  Although I hadn’t spoken to her in months, her loss still impacts.  Encouraged all present to share their struggles with someone they trust, or lean on, as when you have a problem, it’s yours and yours alone.  When you share that, then WE have a problem.  We are stronger than you.  When two or more of us are gathered in HIS name, we are unstoppable.
