So not quite a 205.6 mile relay, but a relay none the less. Here is what happened.
30 side straddle hops – In Cadence (IC)
15 reverse lunges – IC
15 1.5 merkins – IC
Mosey to chin-up bars near track. 3 sets of 10 of chin-ups.
Mosey to track.
#BearCountry 3.5 Relay: The four PAX rotated running 1 lap around the track. When one runner returned, he would call the exercise for the PAX to complete while the next runner ran. 3.5 rotations complete (3.5 miles). Various and assorted exercises completed. Too many to remember.
Mosey to shovel flags.
Naked Man Moleskin (NMM)
Mumble chatter was strong during the exercise sets.
Someone had spilled red paint on the track. This was here before we got there.
Circle of Trust
2 Timothy 4:7 (ESV) “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
