Black Jack: Starting with 20 Step Ups with 35# KB and 20 Dips. Then Overhead Farmers Carry the KB to the 3rd Shelter and perform 1 KB Swing and 1 American Hammer. Decrease the first movements by one and increase the second movements by 1 on each trip. (Due to time constraints the workout was called after the round of 10/11)
