    Warmarama (7 min) –

    • 15 Side Straddle Hops (4 Count, In Cadence)
    • 15 Arm Circles (Forward, 4-Count, IC)
    • 15 Imperial Walkers (4-Count, IC)
    • 15 Arm Circles (Backward, 4-Count, IC)
    • 10 A bagoda(4-Count, IC)
    • 10 Air Squats (4-Count, IC)

    Grab 35lb Kettle Bell and mosey to the second shelter

    Workout #1 (43 mins)

    Black Jack: Starting with 20 Step Ups with 35# KB and 20 Dips.  Then Overhead Farmers Carry the KB to the 3rd Shelter and perform 1 KB Swing and 1 American Hammer. Decrease the first movements by one and increase the second movements by 1 on each trip. (Due to time constraints the workout was called after the round of 10/11)
