3 Pax rallied up at Ruck Hill at 0530 for another overly ambitious workout by YHC.

Ruck up and…
Sled Dog from the Rally Point to base of the main steps on Stink Hill.
(Sled Dogging is when the Pax form a line and each one takes hold of the grab handle of the Ruck in front of him. Lead Dog gets to run as fast as he wants…)
BLACK JACK & JILL
This is a variation of Black Jack – except after completing the first exercise you climb the hill. After the second you tumble back down.
Main element consisted of:
1 Pushup while wearing Ruck, Climb the Hill, Doff Ruck and 20 Cusak Big Boy Situps (Ruck held at full extension overhead), return to start.
Next round is 2 Pushups and 19 BBSs.
Rinse and Repeat until you get to 20 Situps and 1 BBS.
Unfortunately (and here’s the overly ambitious part!) we ran out of time around 12 Rounds in (TBH, Scully was 12 rounds in… I was only at 10!).
So with moments to spare we Sled Dogged back to the Flags and it was:
