8 PAX showed up on a morning that actually felt like Spring for some block work. The name of the backblast comes from the note we received from Ferguson on our blocks at the end of the workout. Upon talking with them, they are to begin work on the parking deck soon and promised us they would move the blocks somewhere out of the way where we could find them. They definitely earned my respect today. Thank you Gunner for following up with them.
Warmarama: Side straddle hops, through-the-tunnels, imperial walkers, and mountain climbers.
Mosey to fountain with coupons (aka cinder blocks).
“Hardest” Mile Ever (Probably not): 4 rounds of 25 thrusters, 25 curls, 25 shoulder presses, 15 man makers, and 1 lap around fountain (>1/4 mile). Each round, LBCs on the six and start together. After round 3, EH guy who was running and had conveniently (thank you for the opportunity) paused by the coupons.
Assemble coupons in neat stack by the fence. Mosey sans coupons to the parking deck.
At levels 2, 4, and 6, 25 Carolina Dry Docks (CDDs) and 50 LBCs, run up two levels.
Mosey back back to the flags, retrieving coupons and knocking out a 4th round of 25 CDDs and 50 LBCs along the way. Finish up with Mary and the obligatory burpees based on place in the bracket challenge.
