    The Thang

YHC started things off by having PAX mosey to the back of Bear Country around the track. We then headed over and painted the faded lines of all six tennis courts. Immediately following art class, PAX completed a set of Andre Agassi’s Bear Crawl style. YHC then had PAX mosey over to the goal line for a little competition. Two cones were setup about 100ft apart, Pax were split into 3 teams, and each team got a ball. Prior to throwing the ball one team picked an exercise and the reps. One PAX from each team threw the ball and which ever team got the closest to the cone (bullseye) won. The penalty for losing was to add 10 reps to the selected exercise. Exercises selected over the course of the game were merkins, prison merkins, summo squats, v-ups, leg thrusts, hand release burpees, jump lunges, and Bobby Hurley’s. I am sure there were more exercises but Space Monkey and I were to busy winning and I lost track. PAX moseyed back to the flags and finished up with Big Boy Situps 20 IC and LBCs 20 IC 4ct.

    YHC read from bible:

    Mark 4:3-9
“Listen! Behold, a sower went out to sow. And as he sowed, some seed fell along the path, and the birds came and devoured it. Other seed fell on rocky ground, where it did not have much soil, and immediately it sprang up, since it had no depth of soil. And when the sun rose, it was scorched, and since it had no root, it withered away. Other seed fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no grain. And other seeds fell into good soil and produced grain, growing up and increasing and yielding thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold.” And he said, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”

    Mark 4:11-12
And he said to them, “To you has been given the secret of the kingdom of God, but for those outside everything is in parables, so that “‘they may indeed see but not perceive, and may indeed hear but not understand, lest they should turn and be forgiven.'”

Open your heart to God and repent so that you can grow strong roots.
