Two PAX managed to make it to Stinkhill on the very chilly morning.
PAX warmed up to Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Through the Tunnels, Hillbilly Walkers, Air Squats, Flutter Kicks.
After that the PAX moseyed around the back side of Stinkhill and in between the hills around to the Pull-up Bars. There the First round of exercises was 5 Pull-ups, 10 Merkins, 20 Air Squats, and 20 American Hammers. PAX did this for about 10 minutes. Then the PAX moseyed over to the first shelter. There they knocked out 20 Big Boys sit-ups. Then they did 11’s with Dips on benches and Jump squats. After that the PAX moseyed over to the bottom of the stairs for 20 Leg Raises. Then up the stairs to the Rock pile. The PAX selected some healthy rock buddies. With the Rocks the PAX did 15’s. 15 Curls for the Girls, 15 Shoulder Press, 15 Triceps Extentions and then they ran out around the first Utility box and back. The PAX ended each set with 10 V-Ups. They did these about 10 minutes more. After that the PAX headed back to the flags for MARY.
