10 brave Pax, including FNG Radar and Flair, graced Stinkhill with their presents on a beautiful 75 degree day (F3 Weather app Get It) this Saturday morning. After the obligatory disclaimers, we moved quickly into action:
Warmup
- Side straddle hop 25 IC
- Imperial walkers 20 IC
- Hillbilly Walkers 20 IC
- Merkins 15 OMC
- Little arm circles 10 each direction IC
- Large arm circles 10 each direction IC
Workout:
Mosey along the running path
1st stop: Partnered up and while one partner ran to a carefully selected tree the other part did merkins. This continued for 100 merkins and then planked until everyone was complete. Repeated with 200 squats.
2nd stop: On an individual effort, performed lunges over 20 yards and then sprinted back to the starting line were we immediately performed 50 LBC’s then planked up and waited for everyone to finish. Completed 4 rounds.
3rd stop: Circled up and did 3 sets of 10 burpees and on the final burpee of each set went into a superman.
4th stop: Partnered up, while one partner ran to another carefully selected tree the other partner would do 10 merkins, 20 side straddle hops, 30 merkins, and 100 squats.
Final push: To finish the workout, we did an Indian Run up the hill and then atop the hill to the first stovepipe. From there, we did a mosey down the hill back to the Flags.
