    Workout:

    PAX completed Warmarama and took a warm-up lap around the lake and over Bear Crawl Bridge. Today’s workout was a combination of Wheelbarrows, Partner Carries, Sprints, and 11’s. The first leg of the workout PAX partnered up at the Duck-Duck-Goose track to start wheelbarrows. Once PAX made it to the designated destination the 11’s routine was started with 1 Squat / 10 Mt Climbers. PAX then swapped and wheelbarrow to the next destination to continue the 11’s routine with 2 Squats / 9 Mt Climbers; rinse and repeat till finished. After extensive complaining from PAX about hands hurting as if ran against a Cheese Grater YHC sent out an audible. In the second leg of the workout PAX swapped wheelbarrows with Partner Carries and completed 11’s with Lunges and Merkins. The third leg of the workout PAX swapped Partner Carries with Sprints and completed 11’s with Big Boys and Leg Thrust. To conclude the workout PAX completed COP abs with 50 LBCs, 25 Big Boys, 20 Leg Lifts, and 20 WWII sit-ups.
