The Thang:
Merkin Mile – 25 Merkins every 1/4 mile.
Circuits consisting of Burpee Box Jumps, Lunges, Incline Merkin, Squats, Dips, WWII situps, Curls, Mini Mikes, LBCs, Bear Crawl to Crawl Bear. 45 second intervals.
Finished it out with Mary. Too many ab exercises to name.
