4 PAX made it out on a semi gloomy morning at StankHill. Little did they know they’d be climbing the hill .

The Thang: PAX moseyed around for the mile loop and then back to the fork. There the PAX did the following:
10 Merkins
10 Pistol Squats
20 Big Boys
After that the PAX moseyed up the spine of Stankhill half way to the first Vent Pipe. There the PAX did:
10 Carolina Dry Docks
10 4 Count Squats
20 2 count American Hammers
After that the PAX moseyed further up the hill past the Vent Pipe to the half way. There the PAX did:
10 Merkins
10 Lunges each leg
10 Leg lifts
After that the PAX ran to the top of the hill and retrieved their rocks. There the PAX did:
45’s with the Rock
10 Goblet Squats
20 4 count Flutter Kicks
The PAX Rinsed and Repeated the workout up and down the hill until time permitted.
After that the PAX moseyed back to the flags for COT.
