6 PAX showed in the rain for Cowbell’s VQ. Warmarama included 30ish Side Straddle Hops, 10ish Little Baby Arm Circles (both directions), and 20ish Carolina Dry Docks. After a long mosey to the far parking garage, the PAX started a long climb to the top via a modified Jacob’s ladder. Each level began with varying exercises and ended with 20ish Carolina Dry Docks. The PAX then searched for some mud for a game of Guantanamo Bay (duck duck goose with leg throws). Afterwards more mosey to the next parking garage to get out of the rain followed by more core work. The workout ended with a mosey to the flags and 70ish Carolina Dry Docks to end the hour with a total of 200ish Carolina Dry Docks.
