Hey guys it’s time for another official F3HR CSAUP! Saturday Sept. 16th we are going to Richmond for the following:
6am Dogpile workout
Coffeteria afterward
9am Reesestrong 5K with various activities afterward at finish line.
12ish F3RVA Crab Fest at CircleK’s house including crabs, oysters, burgers, cornhole, games etc.
The Richmond guys and some of us are running Reesestrong “5k the hard way” meaning every 5 minutes you do 25 Merkins and 25 Squats. You can still participate and just run the 5k normal if you would like also. Ms and 2.0s are welcome at the 5k and the crab fest.
Tickets for the Reesestrong 5k are $25 if purchased before 8/18/17. After that its $30. Also join the F3RVA team after buying tickets. There will be a “crab fund” bucket passed around at the crabfest for anyone who feels led to contribute to help offset CircleK’s expenses. This is a great opportunity to meet our F3RVA brothers and to make memories with fellow F3HR PAX that will be remembered for a lifetime! We will figure out logistics at a later date once we see how many want to participate. If anyone has any questions let me know.
