2 brave PAX rolled out of the fartsack to make StankHill. The humidity was high and the light was nonexistent. They started off warming up with Side Straddle hop, Imperial Walkers, Hillbilly Walkers, Merkins, and then Big boy sit-ups. Then they ran in the darkness around the lake to the pull up bars for AMRAP Cindy for 10 minutes. Cindy consisted of 5 pull ups, 10 merkins, and 20 squats. The lonely pair then ran the rest of the way around StankHill to complete a figure 8. Lastly they made it back to the flags for a little Mary time. LBC’s and flutter kicks.
