7 strong PAX made it to Stinkhill. The air was reasonable warmer than the day before. YHC was finally getting over some stomach bug. There was small mumble chatter going around.
Warmama: Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Walkers, Through the Tunnel, Mountain Climbers, Shoulder rolls, Michael Phelps
Thang: Mosey over to Kids Cove for Descending Jacobs Ladder: Burpees, Run up and Down Hill, After that the PAX moseyed up the hill and over to the Rock pile. There the PAX did a Suicide Sprint modification: Bicep curls, run to first cone and did LBCs then run back for Curls. Then run to 2nd cone for Merkins then back for curls. Run to 3rd cone for Air Squats and then back for Curls. Rinse and Repeat. With time to spare the PAX ran back to the flags and performed some MARY.
