4 PAX confronted the freezing temperatures and were enthusiastic about receiving their coupons from YHC to aid in the workout. However, the coupons didn’t offer much of a discount at 60Lb and 20Lb Concrete Masonry Units (CMU).

25 Side Straddle Hops – In Cadence (IC)
15 Forward and 15 Backward Arm Circles – IC
20 Through the Tunnel – IC
20 Flutter Kicks- IC
Lap of pond detouring around Bear Crawl Bridge because it was frozen.
Circle of Pain (CoP) workout routine involved 6 stations at 2-minute intervals w/ coupons; Squats w/ 60Lb CMU Coupon, Front Shoulder Raises w/ 20lb CMU Coupon, Bench Press w/ 60Lb CMU Coupon, Curls w/ 20Lb CMU Coupon, Standing Row w/ 60Lb CMU Coupon, and Overhead Triceps Extensions w/ 20Lb CMU Coupon.
Once 1st round of the Coupon CoP was complete, it was followed up w/ lap around pond and the detour was removed on Bear Crawl Bridge. The 2nd round of the Coupon CoP commenced w/ 1-minute intervals at each station. Upon completion of the Coupon CoP we couldn’t forget abs.
Final Stage involved 4 stations for abs at 1½ minute intervals; Flutter Kicks, Scissor Kicks, LBCs, and Big Boy Sit-Ups.
