Three Pax (actually one more than YHC expected) reported for duty at RuckHill on a frigid and breezy Thursday morning. Appropriately burdened with the obligatory rucksacks, we wasted no time in attempting to fight off the biting cold:
SSH. 30. IC
Imperial Walkers. 20. IC
Arm Circles. 15. IC ( forward & backward)
Mosey around the lake stopping at every other bench for a short breather where YHC generously provided the Pax with various recreational activities to fend off the boredom that was sure to come. All told, the following were performed as we made our trek around the lake, up the back trail to the top of StinkHill, down staircase 1, up staircase 2, down staircase 3, and back to the flags:
2 sets of Erkins x 25, 2 Sets of Merkins x 25, 3 sets of Air Squats x 25, and 3 sets of Walking Lunges ( 10 each leg).
Back at the flags and already minutes beyond our agreed upon finish, we quickly huddled up for COT and departed to take on the day renewed in body, mind, and spirit.
