    Fartlek-style mosey around the pond, sprinting at every other gazebo/dock.

    Mosey to the swing set.

    The PAX kept it simple and focused on form, doing 15 reps of each of the following exercises.

    • Merkins

    • Aussie Merkins (standing row using the swings)

    Repeat 2x for a total of three sets.
