The Thang: Mosey to first set of bleachers and run up over and down repeato to end. Mosey around track to 2nd set of bleachers for same. Mosey to pull up bars for a set of 11s consisting of Burpups and 4 count Squats. Mosey to tennis courts for paint the lines x 6 courts. Mosey back to flags for 3 mins of dealers choice abs.
COT: YHC shared how he had a big interview this past Monday. Felt great coming out of it but yesterday YHCs mind kept going back to 2nd guessing (should have mentioned that, should not have said that etc). YHC was struggling with anxiousness. YHC has gotten way behind on his daily devotional by missing 1-2 days here and there throughout the year, but God still used yesterdays devotional to send a powerful message. It was about the purpose of prayer. Prayer does not change Gods will. The purpose of prayer is to humble our hearts and show dependence on God. The last line of the devotion hit me like a ton of bricks. It said “Yes, we can plan. Yes, we can work. But until we stop and pray, some things will not happen. So let’s pray!”
