  • After a solo 5K Early Bird Run, YHC met up with Gunner at QuackQuackHonk on a crisp, clear Thanksgiving morning to get ahead on a few calories before the eating began in earnest.

    Thanksgiving Buffet:  mosey around Eagle Harbor Lake three times for three "helpings" of exercise to chip away at the 4500 or so calories we will intake today.  Each lap included four stops for an increasing and accumulating selection from our exercise buffet.

    Stop 3 - 40 LBCs, 30 Squats, 20 Merkins
    Stop 4 - 40 LBCs, 30 Squats, 20 Merkins, 10 Burpees

    Mosey to picnic benches, partner up (easy with two) and complete 100 dips and then 100 Merkins (alternating intervals of ten, holding plank if not moving).
