10 PAX arrived at DDG ready to push themselves and burn off the remainder of their Thanksgiving Feasts. The weather was clear and brisk.

21s- SSH IC up to 5 and then all PAX must stop on 21 or the Q administers a penalty. Fortunately for the PAX on this morning, they all stopped simultaneously avoiding the penalty.
Arm Circles- 10 Forward/10 Backwards IC

Workout:
YHC got the beatdown started by taking the PAX on a mosey around the DDG lake and arriving at the tennis court. Once on the court PAX lined up around the baseline in the bear crawl position and started Bear Crawl Snake. Similar to an Indian run but in a Bear Crawl position weaving in and out of fellow PAX like a snake. Upon completion of a full lap around the tennis court the PAX split up into 4 teams and were placed on each corner of the court. From their perspective corners PAX Gorilla Walked to the next corner, completing 10 Hand Release Merkins OYO and 10 Leg Thrust OYO, then Gorilla walked to the next corner; rinse and repeat until all 4 corners are complete. Just to keep things equal, PAX completed another round of Gorilla Walks in the opposite direction to all 4 corners. Now that our legs were burning, YHC had the PAX pair up to complete a round of exercises with a sprint across the tennis court. The exercises were chosen by fellow PAX and consisted of 100 LBCs, 100 Squats, 50 American Hammers, 50 Big Boys, 50 Lunges, 50 Carolina Dry Docks, and 50 Gorilla Humpers as a team.

YHC read from the Bible Psalm 37:1-9
Fret not yourself because of evildoers; be not envious of wrongdoers! For they will soon fade like the grass and wither like the green herb. Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of the heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday. Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not for the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices! Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil. For the evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land.
It is difficult sometimes to understand why bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people. I get asked this question all the time. However, God explains to us how to deal with such emotion. We cannot allow ourselves to get angry over what is going on now, here on Earth. If you put all your trust and focus into earthly things you will be disappointed. Our trust and focus should be on the Lord as he will never disappoint and his promise to us will be fulfilled when we leave this place and are seated next to him. Put trust into your Godly path not the Earthly path.
