    Warmarama – Twist – IC 10, Charleston – IC 10 each leg, Swimmer – IC 10, Side to Side Merican – IC 10, Squat Kick Squat Kick – IC 10, Atlas – IC 10, SS Cross Hops – IC 10

    Thang – 8 Hop Scotch stations along with boardwalk with 4 stations having different exercises. 3 Rounds 15 min each round. Stations without an exercise proceed through with Hop Scotch up & back to start and back through again. Hold in plank, burpees, or LBC waiting for next station to open. At a station with exercise only proceed once through Hop Scotch. Once reaching end of Hop Scotch return to start running on the sand.

    Round 1 – 1 leg cinder block curl 10 each leg, side to side lunge 20 total, 1 leg Merican 10 each leg, Side Banana 10 each side

    Round 2 – 1 leg cinder block tricep curl 10 each leg, feet release to cinder block squat 20, side to side American total 10, Superman total 20

    Round 3 – 1 leg cinder block press 10 each leg, squat kick total 20, 1 leg Carolina dry dock 10 each leg, Ironman total 20

    Finished up with COT
