The Thang: There are seven speed bumps behind the shopping center. Complete 1 rep of each exercise at the first speed bump, mosey to the next speed bump and complete 2 reps of each exercise. Continue to add one rep as you advance to the next speed bump. Go out and back twice to complete the workout. Total work:
Squat – 325 reps
LBC – 325 reps
Merkin – 325 reps
Mile – 1/2
